Unless you’ve been living on a deserted island for the past several years, you know the power and impact that social media can have in today’s internet culture. Businesses have been built—in some cases overnight—on the strength of a Tweet, Instagram post, or Facebook message. This is an ongoing process that doesn’t stop with the first social media post. It’s imperative that data is continually analyzed to ensure you are getting the most out the investment you make.
